TERMS OF SERVICE

USER AGREEMENT

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms.• I strictly do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Do not upload my works to any AI sites.• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.• Please reach out to me should you have any concerns/questions!Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

COMMISSION PROCESS

• Prices are in $USD for international. Prices are in $SGD for locals.• All payments will be made through Paypal/Paynow.• Full upfront payment must be made before I start on your skeb/sketch.• I will send check-ins for Full Illustration Package, in which you can make edits/ let me know what you would like to change.Sketch -> Pixel -> Flat colours -> Rendered/Final product• Drastic changes are not allowed after the sketch has been confirmed. (eg, changes in the pose/character)• Each piece will take around 2 weeks~2+ months to complete depending on complexity and my current personal circumstances.You will receive a google drive folder containing:• Watermarked version (png/mov/gif)
• Unwatermarked version (png/mov/gif)
• CMYK psd (for commercial commissions)

CLIENT

• Please visibly credit and link the artwork back to me when displaying on external sites.• You may not claim my work as your own.• You may use your commission for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone/ computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of your commission as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only unless otherwise discussed (ie. NOT for sale).• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission. (If changes are absolutely necessary, please contact me and I will see what I can do)• Tracing over my art in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base", is not allowed.

ARTIST

• I reserve all rights to my works and will use them as I see fit (Posting them online, portfolio showcases, etc)• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

Above all else, if you are unsure if I will or will not draw something, please ask me directly and I will be happy to work something out with you!

COMMERCIAL USAGE

• The total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.• The commercial fee ranges from 120% ~ 200% depending on the artwork type and usage. 200% is usually for non chibi fullbody commercial items.• The following cases are considered commercial use:> Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately
> Receiving profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, etc).

COPYRIGHT

• I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

REFUNDS

• Full refunds will only be allowed before the sketch has been approved.• After the sketch has been approved, a partial refund is allowed.After sketch approval: 50%
Pixel Lineart/Sculpt: 30%Anything past the lineart stage will not be eligible for a refund.• If I am unable to complete your commission for any personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.

WAITLIST REMOVAL

• For inactive/deleted accounts, I will automatically remove and delete your slot if there is no update within the next 2 weeks• I may refuse your request for a slot in the future once removed.Thank you for reading!
